SGC Energia.

In the U.S., one of SGC Energia's key projects is Syngas - clean synthesis gas - manufactured from a wide range of waste and carbon-containing materials.
Versatile - and valuable - syngas is a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen. It is used extensively in the chemical industry to make chemical compounds - and to generate power.
After years of development, SGC Energia is building a syngas manufacturing facility in Texas, using its proprietary Mesquite Process including its Molten Iron l Reactor technology - named Viking 1.
The facility will begin as a 15 metric tonnes per day demonstration plant. Once commercial, it will be expanded to convert about 100 metric tonnes of waste and carbon-containing feedstock material into syngas daily.
Waste material that would typically be disposed of through incineration will be converted here into commercial products. Translating into reduced greenhouse gas emissions. www.sgcenergia.com
